Employers who maintain a group plan must meet the requirements of the Children’s Health Insurance Program Reauthorization Act of 2009 (CHIPRA).

CHIPRA requires employers to provide a disclosure notice of assistance opportunities to each employee residing in states that provide Medicaid or the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP).

You can download a notification model for your organization’s notice or visit North Dakota’s Health and Human Services website for more information.
